MHLC Hub becomes a real app on your phone. It sits with your other apps, opens
straight from your home screen with no browser, and โ this is the part that matters โ
it can send you notifications when someone messages you or assigns you a task.
Used through a browser instead, it can never notify you.
1
Open this page in Safari. On iPhone and iPad, adding an app to the home
screen is only possible from Safari โ it cannot be done in Chrome or any other browser.
2
Tap Open the app below.
3
Tap the Share button โ the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
4
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
5
Tap Add. MHLC Hub now appears on your home screen with your other apps โ it is an app from here on, not a website.
6
Open it from your home screen and sign in. When it asks about notifications, tap Allow.
On iPhone, notifications only work once the app is on your home screen. Using it in
Safari alone will never notify you, no matter what you allow.
1
Tap Open the app below.
2
You may see an Install banner โ if you do, tap it and you are done.
3
Otherwise tap the โฎ menu at the top right of Chrome.
4
Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
5
Open it from your home screen and sign in. When it asks about notifications, tap Allow.
1
Open the app in Chrome or Edge.
2
Look for the install icon in the address bar, on the right.
3
Click it, then Install.
You do not have to install it on a computer โ the website works exactly the same in a browser tab.
๐ Not getting notifications?
You only get asked once. If you tapped Don't allow โ even by accident โ the app
cannot ask again, and you will hear nothing. Here is how to turn it back on.
On iPhone / iPad
Settings โ Notifications โ MHLC Hub โ turn on Allow Notifications.
If MHLC Hub is not in that list, the app is not on your home screen yet โ follow the steps above first.
On Android
Settings โ Apps โ MHLC Hub โ Notifications โ turn them on.
Still nothing after that? Tell your manager โ they can check from their side whether your phone
is registered.
